ZINC-COATED SHEET (ZN)
These sheets are subject to a continuous hot galvanising process on both sides, which protects the steel core against corrosion. A specific surface ‘bloom’ is optional. The ‘non-bloom’ version has a smooth and uniform surface which conforms to the highest aesthetical requirements. 

ALUZINC (AZ)
A steel sheet, coated with an aluminium-zinc alloy on both sides. The use of a process similar to hot galvanising brings it into conformity with the strictest requirements as regards resistance to atmospheric corrosion and the corrosion that occurs in humid environments. An additional SPT polymeric coating, known as Easy Film, protects the edges of steel coils and increases the aesthetical value of the surface.  ALUZINC steel sheets are covered by a 25-year warranty period. 

Metal sheets with organic coating

Cold-rolled core, made of constructional steel, is hot-dip zinc-coated or coated with a dedicated alloy.

POLYESTER Interior [INT]
A metal sheet, coated with a 15µm polyester layer and having a smooth and glossy surface. The organic coating’s low level of thickness means that it is mainly intended for internal applications and constructional elements that are not directly exposed to atmospheric impact.

POLYESTER Standard [RAL]
A basic organic coating with a thickness of 25µm, it has a uniform, smooth surface, glossy or metallic. This material has numerous applications. It comes in a rich palette of colours, designated using RAL, a universal colour matching system.
Warranty period: 10 years

HERCULIT® [HC]
A hardened polyester with enhanced flexibility, an excellent resistance to mechanical damage and a satin surface finish. Due to the its high strength, the use of protective foil, required for the standard polyester coating, is not necessary with this material. Furthermore, the satin surface of the coating has an additional aesthetical value, in comparison with standard polyester coatings. The organic layer has a thickness of 25µm.
Warranty period: 10 years. 

PLADUR® [TK, TKep]
Metal sheets made of constructional steel, coated with an anticorrosive metallic layer on both sides (zinc or zinc and magnesium alloy), epoxy coating and a decorative organic coating (on one side). Their advantages include a high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, excellent formability and high aesthetical values.
We offer two versions of this product:

PLADUR® Standard [TK]: galvanised constructional steel, covered with a 35µm lustreless organic coating of granular surface quality. Permanently available in six colours. Colours other than the basic palette can also be provided.
Warranty period: 10 years.

PLADUR® EcoProtect® [TKep]: visually identical to the PLADUR® Standard version,  it has a modernised protective layer, achieved by using an innovative zinc and magnesium alloy (ZMg). As a result, resistance to white and red corrosion has been significantly increased. Additionally, it provides a better protection for cut edges, as they require no lacquer protection when used for external applications. Warranty period: 15 years.
                                                      

ICE CRYSTAL® EcoProtect® [ICep]
A thick organic coating (35µm) with an interesting surface quality which resembles a thick coat of paint with an additional layer of colourless coating. The core is made of constructional steel coated with a zinc and magnesium alloy, providing enhanced protection against corrosion, even in places where the coating and cut edges have been mechanically damaged. The illuminated coating produces the effect of crystalline reflections, as the name of the coating suggests.
Warranty period: 15 years. 

HPS200® [LCT]
Product features: the core is made of constructional steel, protected with a dedicated zinc and magnesium alloy, which provides an effective protection against corrosion, even for cut edges. A thick organic coating (200 µm), with high resistance to scratching, mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation. This type of metal sheet has the highest operational parameters and long-term warranty (20 years). The unique decorative coating provides attractive aesthetical values.
Warranty period: 20 years.

METAL SHEET BOARDS [MARKER BOARD, CHALKBOARD]
MARKER BOARD and CHALKBOARD metal sheets are intended for the manufacture of all types of noticeboards and dry-wipe planning boards. Manufactured to a 0.40mm thickness, they come in two widths. Their structure is based on galvanised charge material, coated with a special, Markerboard-type lacquer. The surface has an 80-90 GU gloss and a 2H hardness. In addition, it is protected with foil. The 0.50 x 1000mm CHALKBOARD, metal sheets, which are also protected with foil, have a special surface to take writing in chalk.
