The universal and profiles gaskets are manufactured from specially foamed high-strength polyurethane foams. The gaskets are installed under the ridge tiles, in gutter baskets or near the eave, and the prevent water, snow or other undesirable elements from getting under the roof covering, while providing the free circulation of air.

The Profi Line roof work is a specially designed silicone mix, intended for the making of flexible joints between sheets, roof work, gutters etc. They come in the standard, universal colours: colourless, brown and red. They are recommended by experts.

We strongly recommend the PURS sealing tapes, made of flexible polyurethane foam, impregnated with suspended acrylic polymer. They come in reels, which have been pre-compressed to 20% of its initial thickness. They are self-adhesive on one side. After the unwinding, the tape is automatically expanded, and increases its volumes five times.

The possibility of rotating the window simplifies the cleaning process, while the appropriate protection of the wood, carried out during the production process, guarantees a long service life, without the need for additional maintenance.

Corrugated and trapezoid PVC
The corrugated and trapezoid PVC panels belong to the so-called thermoplastics. They are manufactured according to a unique, patented method of biaxial orientation. The process involves the mechanical longitudinal and transverse expanding of the heated, rolled PVC composition. This technology enables the achieving of new properties of PVC, which is translated into the higher strength and flexibility of panels.

The vapour-permeable roof membranes are intended to protect the roof structure and loft space of a building against unfavourable external factors, such as rainfall, leaks, dust, and dirt. The membrane also conveys the excessive moisture outside the building, using the micro-perforations. They can be used in all types of slanted roofs.

 

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES:

It has been designed for profiled roof coverings, made of zinc-coated steel and powder-painted. Cladshield provides an easy and safe access to chimneys, antennas and other elements that require inspection or maintenance. It is delivered with stainless screws, used to join the elements. The available RAL colours: 3004 – red, 6020 – olive, 7016 – anthracite, 8004 – brick-red, and 8017 – brown.

 

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:

The maximum distance between the bench brackets should not exceed 800mm. If there are a number of benches installed in a line, it is required to use the connectors for chimney-sweeping benches. The steps and benches must be installed on a wooden structure – do not mount them on the roof covering alone! Prior to the installing of the bracket, it is recommended to back it with a 9x5mm PCVS gasket, placed in two rows, so as to create a distance between the bracket and the covering coat. Assembly openings are to be sealed with a roofing silicone.

The products have the attestation of the National Institute of Public Health and the ITB AT-15-3360/04 approval.

Ventilation chimney – a unique structure, which can be adjusted to the roof inclination, in the 20-50 degree range, and combined both with the steel roofing tiles and trapezoid sheets. The base plate, with jointed cap, installed on the roof in a permanent and tight way, is easily joined with the chimney tube, thus providing a stable whole. It comes in a wide variety of colours, compatible with the majority of our sheet colours.
